LUSA DESIGN, operated by Shenzhen Lifengda Zhanmao Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), warrants that its screen protectors, full-body protective films, and other covered products (the “Products”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser, subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty.

2. Warranty Eligibility

This Limited Warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from LUSA DESIGN or from its authorized sellers, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or unauthorized websites, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This Warranty applies only to the original end-user purchaser and is non-transferable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

Normal wear and tear.
Misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
Unauthorized modification or alteration of the Product.
Negligence or improper handling.
Damage caused by accidents or external forces.
Any other cause unrelated to defects in the Product's materials or workmanship.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please prepare the following information when submitting your warranty claim:

Product name and model.
Name of the seller from whom the Product was purchased.
Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
A description of the defect and supporting photographs, if available.

Our customer service team will review your request and notify you of the next steps.

If your claim is approved, you may be required to provide two (2) photographs of the Product, proof of purchase, and the Warranty Return Authorization Number issued by our customer service team.

Please do not send any Product to the return address before receiving authorization and shipping instructions from our customer service team.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a Product for warranty evaluation, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed to by the Company.

5. Warranty Remedies

If the Company determines that a Product is covered by this Limited Warranty, the Company will, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, repair or replace the defective Product.

If the original Product has been discontinued or is unavailable, the Company may replace it with an alternative Product of equal or greater value, subject to availability and applicable law.

For Products supplied under limited-quantity promotional or cooperative projects, replacement Products are subject to availability. If an identical replacement is unavailable, the Company may offer an alternative Product of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

Any repair or replacement under this Warranty does not create a new warranty period unless required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Warranties and Liability

This Limited Warranty describes the express warranty provided by LUSA DESIGN for the covered Products. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the express warranty stated above.

Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from a breach of this Warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.
